    Whether you’re looking for a nourishing, easy breakfast, a refreshing afternoon reset, or something restorative, this collection brings together my favorite healthy smoothie recipes, fresh juices, and tonic-style drinks.

    These recipes are built around whole ingredients like seasonal fruit, leafy greens, herbs, warming spices, plant-based milks, collagen, and slow-simmered broths. Some are light and hydrating, while others are creamy and satisfying, with a few intentionally crafted to support digestion, immunity, and steady energy.

    My favorite drinks I make on repeat are my Fennel Pineapple Celery Juice during the warmer months, and the Spiced Bone Broth Hot Chocolate when I need something warming.
