Celery And Pineapple Juice With Ginger

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe
Celery pineapple juice served in a tall glass.

Celery and pineapple juice with ginger is a nutrient-packed, hydrating drink made with just three ingredients: celery, fresh pineapple, and a thumb of ginger. It's naturally sweet, lightly zesty, and ready in 15 minutes. No added sugar, no fuss.

Celery pineapple juice served in a tall glass.

Like my Fennel Juice or Grapefruit Juice, this low-calorie drink is a good source of vitamins and a genuinely refreshing way to start your day. The celery and pineapple are perfectly balanced — just enough sweetness to offset the celery's natural bitterness, with a subtle zing of ginger that makes it feel alive in the glass. Enjoy it before breakfast, after a workout, or anytime you want something light and nourishing. Let's make it!

    Why You'll Love This Recipe

    • Three ingredients, big flavor: Celery, fresh pineapple, and ginger come together in a drink that's naturally sweet, lightly zesty, and perfectly balanced (no sweetener needed and nothing artificial).
    • Nourishing and hydrating: A glass of this pineapple celery juice is packed with vitamins, minerals, and digestive support, and is a genuinely good reason to start your morning with something other than coffee.

    Ingredients & Notes

Ingredients to make celery pineapple juice.
    • Celery: A rich source of fiber and antioxidants, celery is perfect for hydration and supporting healthy digestion. It's known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can help regulate blood pressure, making it a great addition to your daily routine. Pick up an extra bunch to make my Fennel Juice while you're at it.
    • Fresh pineapple: This sweet tropical fruit is a fantastic source of vitamin C, which supports the immune system and promotes healthy skin. Pineapple also contains bromelain, an enzyme that aids digestion and reduces inflammation. Use the other half to make my Chocolate Pineapple Collagen Smoothie — it's delicious.
    • Ginger: Ginger adds a zesty kick and brings its well-known anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits. It also boosts circulation and supports joint health. Any leftovers work beautifully in my Carrot Orange Ginger Juice or Watermelon Lemon Ginger Juice.

    Top Tips

    • Use fresh organic produce: Use fresh vegetables and fruit from organic produce whenever possible to get the best fresh juice.
    • Enjoy anytime: This isn't just a morning drink. It's a great choice to rehydrate after a workout, as an afternoon reset, or on a hot summer's day when you want something cold and genuinely nourishing.

    Variations & Substitutions

You can make this celery pineapple juice sweeter or more citrusy based on your taste preferences. Try it as written first, then adjust from there.

    • Green apple: If you want a slightly sweeter juice, add a green apple. It's a low glycemic index fruit that pairs beautifully with the tangy flavors of pineapple and ginger.
    • Coconut water: For a tropical twist, replace some water with coconut water for a rich source of magnesium and an extra hydrating boost.
    • Lemon juice: A splash of lemon juice adds extra zing and an additional dose of vitamin C.

    Storage

Store the juice in a mason jar or pitcher with a lid in the refrigerator. It's best enjoyed fresh, but keeps well for up to 48 hours. Give it a good stir before serving to keep the flavors evenly distributed.

    Recipe FAQs

Can I make this juice in advance?

Yes. Make it the night before if needed, but consume within 48 hours for the freshest taste and maximum nutritional benefits.

Can I make this healthy pineapple celery drink without a juicer?

Yes, if you don't have a slow juicer, use a high-speed blender and a nut milk bag or strainer to strain any pulp from the juice. You can see step-by-step pictures of how to make my Carrot Orange Ginger Juice — the process is identical.
