Celery And Pineapple Juice With Ginger

- 1 Slow Juicer (I love Hurom)
- 1 large mason jar or pitcher (for storing the juice)
- 1 Juicing Strainer or Nut Milk Bag (optional, if not using a juicer)
- 1 high-speed blender (optional, if you don’t have a juicer)
Ingredients
- 2 large, thick celery stalks, washed and cut into smaller pieces About 1600 grams
- 1 knobs of fresh ginger (about the size of a thumb) 15 grams
- ½ peeled and chopped pineapple (about 2 cups) 395 grams
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to your juicer and juice. When your juice container is full, close the juice chamber and transfer the juice to a large mason jar or pitcher with a lid. Place the juice container again under the juice chamber and open it to catch the remaining juice. See note if you don't have a juicer.2 large, thick celery stalks, washed and cut into smaller pieces, 1 knobs of fresh ginger (about the size of a thumb), ½ peeled and chopped pineapple (about 2 cups)
- When you have juiced all the produce and transferred the juice to your large pitcher, give everything a good stir to distribute the flavors.
- Serve as-is or over ice cubes.
