Like my Fennel Juice or Grapefruit Juice, this low-calorie drink is a good source of vitamins and a refreshing way to start your day.

It's 3 simple ingredients, but the amount is perfectly balanced to get just enough sweetness from the pineapple and a subtle zing of ginger. It's a refreshing, delicious drink to enjoy before breakfast or anytime as a treat!

    Ingredients & Notes

Here's what you need to make this pineapple celery juice recipe:

Ingredients to make celery pineapple juice.
    • Celery: A rich source of fiber and antioxidants, celery is perfect for hydration and supporting healthy digestion. It’s known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can help regulate blood pressure, making it a great addition to your daily routine. Get some extra to make my Fennel Juice.
    • Fresh Pineapple: This sweet fruit is not only delicious but is also a fantastic source of vitamin C, which supports your immune system and promotes healthy skin. Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that aids digestion and reduces inflammation. You can use the other half to make my Chocolate Pineapple Collagen Smoothie—delicious.
    • Ginger: Ginger adds a zesty kick to this juice. Known for its anti-inflammatory and digestive properties, it boosts circulation and supports joint health. Any leftovers can be used to make my Carrot Orange Ginger Juice.

    Top Tips

    • Use Fresh Organic Produce: Use fresh vegetables and fruit from organic produce whenever possible to get the best fresh juice.
    • Enjoy anytime: This is not just a great morning drink. It's one of those green juice recipes that's also a perfect treat or a good choice to rehydrate after a great workout or on a hot summer's day.

    Variations & Substitutions

You can make this celery pineapple juice sweeter or more citrusy based on your taste preferences.

    • Green Apple: If you want a slightly sweeter juice, add a green apple. It’s a low glycemic index fruit that pairs perfectly with the tangy flavors of pineapple and ginger.
    • Coconut Water: For a tropical twist, replace some water with coconut water for a rich source of magnesium and a hydrating boost.
    • Lemon Juice: A splash of lemon juice adds that extra zing and provides an extra dose of vitamin C.

    Storage

    • Store your celery pineapple juice in a mason jar or pitcher with a lid in the refrigerator. It’s best enjoyed fresh, but you can keep it for up to 48 hours.
    • Just stir well before serving to keep the flavors evenly distributed.

    Recipe FAQs

Can I make this juice in advance?

Yes! You can make it the night before, but it’s best to consume it within 48 hours for the freshest taste and maximum health benefits.

Can I make this healthy pineapple celery drink without a juicer?

Yes, if you don't have a slow juicer, use a high-speed blender and a nut milk bag or strainer to strain any pulp from the juice. You can see step-by-step pictures of making my Carrot Orange Ginger Juice.
