If you're a big fan of lupini beans, then you're going to love this nutritious lupini bean hummus.

It's creamy, tasty, and so easy to make, perfect for those on a low-carb diet. Enjoy it as a snack, appetizer, or sandwich filler—it's vegan, gluten-free, and Keto-friendly.

Keto hummus with lupini beans surrounded with fresh veggies and crackers.

I grew up snacking on Lupini. These days, you can easily get ready-to-eat lupini beans, but it's far more economical to learn how to prepare and cook lupini beans at home—so give it a go.

Besides enjoying them as a snack or appetizer on an Italian grazing board, make this lupin-based hummus for a change.

Just like my lupin bread, this is a great recipe to transform these beans into something different. It's delicious paired with crunchy veggies like my Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Carrots or crackers or topped it on a healthy cucumber salad. Let's make it!
