You only need
Melt dark chocolate over low heat. Stir in maple syrup & coffee
Beat the egg whites until stiff peak forms
(4 to 5 minutes).
Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the beaten egg whites...
Everything is thoroughly blended. Stir gently but work fast.
A beautiful brown chocolate concoction
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to one hour. Garnish with berries or chocolate shavings.
Divide into cups
