3 Flavors of Healthy Popsicles
Healthy homemade popsicles (Keto and paleo-friendly) from creamy to refreshing that you can quickly make at home and everyone will love—choose from 3 flavors!

Ingredients
Avocado Coconut Lime: 6 popsicles
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled about 200 grams
- 1 can coconut cream, full fat, not coconut beverage 13.5 fl ounces/400 ml
- Juice of 2 small limes 2 tablespoons
- ¼ cup Monk fruit sugar or Erythritol, plus 2 tablespoons for a sweeter taste
- 5 small mint leaves or chocolate mint leaves
Kiwi Basil Lemon: 8 popsicles
- 2 sweet kiwis about 180 grams, peeled
- 7 Fresh Basil leaves
- 2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice juice of 1 big lemon
- 1 can coconut milk 13.5 FL oz/400 ml
- ⅓ cup Monk fruit sugar or Erythritol or Swerve
Coffee-Chocolate Flavored: 6 popsicles
- 1 can unsweetened heavy whipping cream or whipped cream alternative (you can also use mascarpone cheese or coconut cream) (about 1 ¼ cups) 10oz/283 grams
- ¼ cup black brewed coffee 55 ml
- ¼ cup Monk fruit sugar or Erythritol (sugar substitute) 55 grams
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoon unsweetened cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cashew or almond or macadamia milk
Instructions
To Make One of the Popsicle Recipes above:
- In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Then, prepare a 6 or 8-cavity individual ice pop mold, depending on the recipe.
- Fill the ice pop molds, and place a popsicle stick in the center of each mold.
- Immediately store in the freezer for at least 2 to 3 hours to set (preferably let it sit overnight)
- Only release the individual popsicles from the mold when ready to enjoy one.
- Keep in the freezer for up to 1 month.
