Notes

HELPFUL NOTES
Do I need to peel the carrots? No, you don't. You can scrub or wash them. But I find the juice brighter and sweeter when the carrots are peeled.
Can I use a fine mesh strainer instead of a nut milk bag?  Yes. Hold the strainer over a bowl and pour the blended drink through the strainer. It's best to use a spoon to help you push the juice through.
Can I store the juice? It's best to enjoy it immediately, but you can store it in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight jug or container.
