Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls

Ingredients

Steel-cut oats, (coconut) butter, pumpkin pie spice, medley of nuts, jumbo raisins, dates

Step 1

In a small saucepan, toast oats in melted butter for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 2

Transfer to a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Roll spoonfuls into small balls until you get about 15 fall treats.

Step 4

Optional: roll through sesame seeds, coconut shreds, or hemp seeds for extra nutrition.

Step 5

Enjoy Immediately or store in the fridge for up to two weeks in an airtight container.

Make them Festive

Roll in coconut shreds and place them in little cupcake holders for a festive look.
