This quick & easy 20-minute mashed cauliflower recipe is made by simply pureeing cauliflower and then sautéeing it with seasonings. It's a versatile low-carb dish that everyone will love!
Servings: 4
I blend raw cauliflower pieces and then puree them with sautéed garlic and onions. You can use a food processor, Vitamix, or a regular high-speed blender.
Then I sauté the pureed cauliflower mix in a pan until smooth and creamy. Season to taste. Super easy and flavorful!
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley leaves, chives, or extra grated cheese to taste (optional).
I enjoy pairing it with oven-roasted crispy chicken wings or drumsticks, seasoned with heartier herbs like Thyme or Rosemary. Another option is white fish like cod, sautéed in olive oil with garlic, salt, and pepper.
This healthy cauliflower mash stores well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
