Sweet apple and large crunchy carrots are ribboned or thinly shaved and then tossed into a creamy curried yogurt sauce, sweetened with a bit of honey.

Combine the yogurt, seasoning, and honey together and set it aside.
Use a vegetable peeler to make long thin ribbons out of the peeled carrots.
Peel the apple and create thin strips from top to bottom until only the core remains.
Toss the carrot-apple slaw in a serving bowl and gently combine it with the yogurt mixture.
