Dates, Eggs, Plant milk  Coconut oil, Peanut butter Blackstrap molasses or Maple syrup  Cinnamon & Cacao powder  Baking soda & Salt

INGREDIENTS

Blend the dates, coconut oil, milk, and molasses until you have a beautiful brown paste

In a bowl, stir the eggs, peanut butter, cinnamon powder, cacao, baking soda, and salt to combine

Stir in the date paste until everything is well combined. The dough should be relatively wet...

Third

The dough will look like this if you make them without eggs (with egg replacer)

If you make it without eggs

Drop spoonfuls on prepped baking sheet. Round the edges with fingers. Leave enough space in between.

Then

Bake for 15 min in a 375 ℉/ 190 ℃ preheated oven until firm to the touch. Allow to cool before gobbling them up;)
