First, boil a large pot of salted water to cook pasta according to package instructions. While you keep an eye on the pot of water and the pasta noodles, you can make this spinach and peas recipe.
Sauté garlic and onions in a little olive oil to release their aroma on medium heat.
Sauté peas, snap peas, and 1 tbsp olive oil until snap peas are tender. Season with salt, onion powder, and oregano.
Add spinach leaves and fresh basil. Season with a little salt. Cook and stir until spinach has wilted.
Stir in drained pasta, remaining olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. Then season royally with freshly ground black pepper.
Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Add olive oil to loosen noodles if needed and reheat on stove or in microwave.
