It's Cookie Time
A crumbly, chocolatey tea companion treat and an easy-bake with no grand instructions.
Chocolate chips Buckwheat flour Vanilla extract Butter Brown rice or Maple syrup Egg Cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and baking powder
Combine all the dry ingredients
Mix the wet ingredients
Combine the wet mixture with the dry spiced flour mix
Drop about a tablespoon of dough on a prepared baking sheet. Repeat with enough space in between
Bake for 15 minutes in a 375 ℉/ 190 ℃ preheated oven.
Let cool for 10 minutes
