Great taste for baked taters, a bit expensive for the size. A treat for sure. Yes will buy again but for special occasions only due to the cost and especially small size 8 oz is not much. Finally something close to sour cream taste, a bit more runny though. I do like it I will def look into making from scratch! Check out all the reviews by "verified purchase" only that is what I do and then make your choice. The cost is the BIG one for me,enjoy

I am not sure about the process that goes into making this vegan cream so I can't say whether or not the price is reasonable. However, compared to the non-vegan variety, this is very pricey especially for an 8 ounce container. I would only buy this on sale or if I have a craving for sour cream. However, the flavor is not bad but it is not as good as the real thing. However, the addition of salt, lime juice and a bit of sugar makes it an excellent topping over some peppers and onions and/or eggs.
I’ve had to give up dairy and there’s nothing really good about that. So far this my favorite sour cream replacement. I know a dairy replacement is good because when I start to eat it I don’t notice that’s it’s not real sour cream. Good job!
After I had gall bladder surgery, I had to change to a non-fat and more dairy free diet and one thing I miss is sour cream. I love sour cream on potatoes, in sauces and soups and on a favored family recipe that has been in the family for generations. However, this sour cream made from almond milk does not replace dairy sour cream. Others may like it, but the flavor is too nutty and completely changes the flavor of my food to something I don't recognize. I'm not saying you shouldn't try it, you should if you like almond milk. I am saying that my tastes and flavor palette prefer the dairy type.
Love this sour cream, and texture! Never disappointments when adding to tacos or my vegan nachos. The only issue is the pricing. It ranges up to $7-9 dollars at times and never seems to be consistent.
